KRUSHBOX classes are great for both females and males that have the goal for a healthy fit lifestyle, and everyone has a blast training together in this fun high energy class.

KRUSHBOX training is designed to be your primary fitness program. More strength or cardio training is NOT NECESSARY! KRUSHBOX can be used as a compliment to any other existing fitness programs. When KRUSHBOX is done consistently, muscles will become toned and lifted, and stamina, energy, and metabolic levels will improve.

KRUSHBOX gives you the best of CROSS TRAINING and KICKBOXING, and it does it all in a 60-minute daily workout!

KRUSHBOX KIDS

KRUSHBOX Kids is a Fitness and Character Development based Kickboxing class for children ages 5 years old and up.

Let’s face it, being a kid is hard, REAL HARD.

Our culture is making it more and more difficult for kids to navigate through all the falsehoods of what they should look like, act like and who they should be. To help guide children to a sense of self-respect and respect for others, KRUSHBOX Kids is here and here to make a change.

KRUSHBOX Kids classes consist of the following:

  1. FITNESS KICKBOXING ORIENTATED WARM-UP GAMES

  2. DRILLS FOR SKILLS: Focusing on Age-Appropriate Agility, Coordination, Speed, and Balance.

  3. BAG ROUNDS

  4. CORNER CHAT: Here is where the Coaches discuss the Importance of topics such as Positive Self-Image, Responsibility, Honesty, Community, Health, and Grit.
